Thank you for your generous contribution of time and support for the Mautner Project Gala, Over the Rainbow. As a Table Captain, you will be taking a leading role in honoring the vision of the National Lesbian Health Organization and its vital programs.

On March 17, 2012, the National Lesbian Health Organization celebrates its 22nd anniversary gala and dance, Over the Rainbow, at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. It's a party with a purpose, and this is your opportunity to be an important part of it. Say "yes!" to being a Table Captain. Commit to filling 10 seats at a table at the gala and let's make it a night to remember!

This year, we want to thank you more for your support and have added an extra incentive. By selling two (2) tables, you become a member of the Rainbow Circle. With this honor, you’ll be invited to the stage to receive a special acknowledgement. We’ll also list you in the program book as a Rainbow Circle Table Captain.

How do I become a Table Captain?

The following information will assist you in preparing a guest list for your table/tables. The process is as follows:

Sign up online - take the first step right now and Fill out the form., or you can contact us via email, or give us a call at 202.332.5536.
Next - download a copy of the Table Captain letter as well as a copy of the Gala Payment form and send that to your friends, family and other contacts asking them to join you as table mates at the Mautner Project Gala. Remember, you can always visit the Table Captain Area if you need to download additional copies of any of these letters and find other important updates and information.
Your guests are asked to contact you directly to let you know they will attend.
The easiest way to pay is online by visiting https://www.mautnerproject.org/tickets.html. If your guests prefer, they can email jadkins@mautnerproject.org, fax (202-332-0662) or mail the Gala Payment form to Mautner Project, along with their method of payment. On the form, your guest should list you as their Table Captain as well as guest names if purchasing more than one ticket. Mailed forms should be addressed as follows: ATTN: Jeanie Adkins , Mautner Project, 1875 Connecticut Ave. NW, Ste. 710,
Washington, DC 20009.
