Auction/In-Kind Donation Form
Please support the health work of Mautner Project and contribute to the live and silent auctions! We are seeking donations in the following categories: Spa/Beauty, Dining, Vacation Getaways, Artwork, Healtsh and Wellness, Theater, Sporting & Concert Tickets, Gift Certificates, Wines, Autographed Memorabilia, and other unique and exciting items. We also welcome in-kind donations of items to include in our guest swag bags.
As thanks for your generosity, we will promote your business in print and online Gala materials. We welcome you to include brochures and promotional materials to be included in the auction display; however, we cannot be responsible for their return after the event. For tax and accounting purposes, all of the following must be completed. |
